It covers browsing this public website, demo requests, the product waitlist, contact and newsletter messages, Careers applications, and affiliate or partner enquiries. When you sign in to a TrueValue Product, we also hold the account information needed to run that Product.
What we collect
On the live website, Google Tag Manager may collect device, browser, and page information so we can understand how the site is used.
A demo request collects your name, work email, chosen Product, and what you want to see, so we can reply and arrange a demo.
The waitlist collects the details on that form, including the Product you choose. It covers Payroll, AI Brain, Automation, Influence, Accounting, Social Growth, and Acquisition Intelligence. Joining does not start a paid service or open an app.
A contact message collects your name, email, subject, and message so we can answer you.
The newsletter collects your email address so we can send the updates you asked for.
A job application collects your name, email, phone if you give it, your answers, and your résumé, so we can assess that application. A submitted résumé is stored privately and scanned for malware. It is not published on the website. Sending an application is not a job offer.
An affiliate or partner enquiry collects the details on that form so we can consider it. Sending the form does not enrol you.
Demo, waitlist, contact, newsletter, Careers, affiliate, and partner forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated submissions. Google receives the check required to run that service.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry, application, and account details while we need them to answer you, arrange a demo, consider an application, or run a service you have asked for.
If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we stop marketing email to that address. We keep the address on a do-not-contact list so we do not subscribe it again.
You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@truevalueplatform.com.
Who else sees it
Staff who need the information to answer you, run a demo, or review an application can see it.
A demo request is passed to our sales record. A Careers application is passed to our hiring system. Google receives the reCAPTCHA check and the usage data sent through Google Tag Manager.
